Supported Living Services

SLS

Supported Living Services (SLS) help adults with developmental disabilities live in homes they own or rent in the community. SLS provides individualized support so people can make meaningful choices about where and with whom they live, direct their daily routines, and participate fully in community life. Services are flexible, long-term, and tailored to each person’s needs as identified in the Individual Program Plan (IPP). The goal of SLS is to promote independence, self-determination, stable relationships, and full membership in the community.
