Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP) is a time-limited employment service for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD). It helps individuals prepare for, secure, and advance in Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE). CCP supports people transitioning into CIE by developing a person-centered career plan and providing individualized, hands-on employment services such as career exploration, skill development, and job placement support.
