CFCI provides services to transition age youth (TAY), ages 16-24, and adults with judicial involvement, supporting their successful reintegration into the community. The program empowers participants to build stability through employment readiness, mental and behavioral health support, and consistent mentorship. Core focus areas include advocacy skills, employment preparedness, resource linkage, interpersonal skill-building, and ongoing guidance to promote meaningful, sustained community integration.
