Coordinated Family Support (CFS)

Coordinated Family Support (CFS)

Coordinated Family Support (CFS) is designed for adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities (IDD) who live in their family home. Its purpose is to provide organized, wraparound support that helps individuals remain safely and successfully at home. CFS coordinates medical, behavioral, social, and community services so families are not managing everything alone. The service promotes independence, stability, and meaningful community participation while reducing the overall burden on primary caregivers.
